This campaign is described as a street-team approach to gather community input to help shape the future of downtown Dayton. Everyone is invited to share what they think makes downtown Dayton stand out from other metros nationwide and how the community can work together to make it even better.

“This initiative is going to allow us to tell Dayton’s story in our own words,” said Katie Meyer, president of the Downtown Dayton Partnership, in a press statement. “We want to hear from everyone about what makes downtown special and what we should all be prioritizing to strengthen our community. Everyone’s voice is important in this effort.”

Feedback will be accepted through an online portal as well as at physical comment boxes located in businesses in and around downtown. All respondents will be entered into a drawing for $100 Downtown Dollars.

More information about the campaign is available at downtowndayton.org/tellus/.
